Leslie did a very good job. I think dealing with an estate might offer some different challenges vice dealing with an individual sale. There were a few frustrating instances with understanding my wishes and working with the court system, but Leslie kept her good humor and was upbeat throughout the process. While it might have taken a bit longer, everything worked out in the end. The main thing for me is that Leslie really understands the Highlands and has the expertise to do sales there. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who needs a realtor in the Reno-Virginia City Highlands area.

We had a very experienced agent at Chase Realty. When things get a little tricky during contracting this is a good trait to have in an agent. The downside though, is I sensed throughout the whole process that our agent was very busy with other listings and at times did not feel like our agent was advocating for us like she should have been. Her communication was not stellar and was mostly by text. She was reluctant to get on the phone and when she did, did not listen to my husband but talked over him. We asked if we should get a partial fill for the main propane tank. She told us to leave it even though it was almost empty. Found out from from the buyer weeks later that he would have wanted a partial fill for the propane tank. Things like that should have been taken care of as asked by us the sellers. Overall, not a bad experience. Main area of improvement needed is in communication.
